We take security seriously. Here's how Omni protects your data.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA for an extra layer of security:

  • Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication
  • Click Enable
  • Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  • Enter the verification code to confirm
  • Once enabled, you'll need your authenticator code each time you log in.

    Data Encryption

  • In transit — All data is encrypted using TLS 1.3
  • At rest — Data is encrypted in our databases using AES-256
  • Call recordings — Encrypted and stored securely with access controls
  • Privacy Controls

    Manage how your data is used:

  • Data processing — Your data is used only to provide the service, never to train third-party AI models
  • Data retention — Conversation data is retained for the duration of your subscription
  • Data export — Download all your data at any time from Settings
  • Data deletion — Request complete data deletion from Settings → Danger Zone
  • Session Management

    View and manage active sessions:

  • See all devices currently logged into your account
  • Revoke access to any session remotely
  • Sessions expire automatically after 30 days of inactivity
  • Compliance

    Omni is designed with compliance in mind:

  • SOC 2 Type II (in progress)
