Profile & Workspace Settings

Manage your personal and workspace settings from the Settings page.

Personal Profile

Update your personal information at Settings → Profile:

  • Name — Displayed in team views and conversation assignments
  • Email — Your login email (changing this requires verification)
  • Password — Update your password anytime
  • Avatar — Upload a profile photo
  • Workspace Settings

    Configure your workspace at Settings → Workspace:

  • Workspace name — The name displayed in your dashboard
  • Timezone — Used for scheduling, analytics, and agent availability
  • Default language — Primary language for your agents
  • Business hours — When your agents are "live" vs. "after hours"
  • Notification Preferences

    Control what notifications you receive at Settings → Notifications:

  • Email notifications — New conversations, handoffs, weekly reports
  • Dashboard notifications — Real-time alerts in the app
  • Digest frequency — Instant, daily summary, or weekly summary
  • Danger Zone

    At the bottom of Settings you'll find:

  • Export data — Download all your workspace data
  • Delete workspace — Permanently delete your workspace and all data (requires email confirmation)
