Omni connects with tools you already use to streamline your workflow.

Calendar Integrations

Connect your calendar so agents can book appointments automatically:

  • Google Calendar — Sync available slots, create events, send invites
  • Calendly — Use your Calendly booking links within conversations

    • To connect: Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar and click the service you want to link.

    CRM Integrations

    Sync your contacts and conversation data:

  • Export contacts and conversation summaries to your CRM
  • Import existing contacts so agents can recognize returning customers
  • (Coming soon) Direct integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce

    • Webhook Support

    For custom integrations, use webhooks:

  • Go to Settings → Integrations → Webhooks
  • Add a webhook URL
  • Select which events trigger the webhook (new conversation, booking made, handoff, etc.)
  • Test the connection

    • Webhooks send JSON payloads that you can process with any backend.

    Zapier & Make

    Connect Omni to thousands of apps through Zapier or Make (formerly Integromat). Triggers include new conversations, new bookings, new contacts, and agent handoffs.

    API Access

    For developers, Omni offers a REST API for programmatic access to:

  • Conversations and messages
  • Contacts
  • Agent configuration
  • Analytics data

    • API documentation is available in your dashboard under Settings → Integrations → API.
