Setting Up Prospecting

OmniReach finds potential clients that match your ideal profile and initiates outreach automatically.

Define Your Ideal Client

  • Go to Agents → OmniReach → Prospecting
  • Click Define Target Profile
  • Set your criteria:
  • Industry — e.g., healthcare, real estate, fitness
  • Location — City, state, or region
  • Business size — Solo, small team, medium business
  • Keywords — Terms related to your ideal client
  • Exclude — Industries or types to skip
  • How Prospecting Works

    OmniReach searches public business directories, social media, and professional networks to find businesses that match your criteria. For each prospect, it gathers:

  • Business name and contact info
  • Website and social profiles
  • Industry and size indicators
  • Relevance score (how well they match your criteria)
  • Review & Approve

    Before any outreach begins, you can review prospects:

  • Approve — Add to outreach queue
  • Skip — Remove from results
  • Save for later — Keep in your prospect pool
  • You can also enable auto-approve for prospects with a relevance score above your threshold.

    Prospect Limits

    Prospecting limits depend on your plan and protect you from over-outreach. The dashboard shows your current usage and remaining quota.
