Managing Campaigns

A campaign combines a prospect list with a template sequence to automate your outreach.

Creating a Campaign

  • Go to Agents → OmniReach → Campaigns
  • Click New Campaign
  • Select a prospect list (from your prospecting results)
  • Choose a template sequence (from your templates)
  • Set sending schedule (days, times, timezone)
  • Set daily send limit (to control volume)
  • Review and launch
  • Campaign Dashboard

    Once live, the campaign dashboard shows:

  • Sent — Messages delivered
  • Opened — Email open rate
  • Replied — Response rate
  • Booked — Appointments or meetings booked
  • Opted out — Unsubscribe requests
  • Pausing & Editing

    You can pause a campaign at any time. While paused:

  • No new messages are sent
  • Existing conversations continue normally
  • You can edit templates or prospect lists
  • Handling Replies

    When a prospect replies, OmniReach can:

  • Auto-respond using AI trained on your business
  • Notify you to take over the conversation
  • Route to OmniChat for continued messaging automation
  • Compliance

    OmniReach includes built-in compliance features:

  • Automatic unsubscribe handling
  • CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance options
