Go to Agents → OmniReach → CampaignsClick New CampaignSelect a prospect list (from your prospecting results)Choose a template sequence (from your templates)Set sending schedule (days, times, timezone)Set daily send limit (to control volume)Review and launchCampaign Dashboard
Once live, the campaign dashboard shows:
Sent — Messages deliveredOpened — Email open rateReplied — Response rateBooked — Appointments or meetings bookedOpted out — Unsubscribe requestsPausing & Editing
You can pause a campaign at any time. While paused:
No new messages are sentExisting conversations continue normallyYou can edit templates or prospect listsHandling Replies
