How Voicemail Works
Callers are sent to voicemail when:

Customize your voicemail message:
Go to Agents → OmniCalls → VoicemailRecord or type your greetingIf typed, the AI will read it in your chosen voiceTranscription
Every voicemail is automatically transcribed using AI speech-to-text. You'll see:
The full text transcriptionCaller's phone numberDate and timeDuration of the messageAI-detected intent (e.g., "booking request", "pricing inquiry")Notifications
