Training Your Agent

Your Omni agent needs to understand your business before it can represent you. Training is simple and takes about 10 minutes.

Business Information

Start by telling your agent the basics:

  • Business name — How you want to be referred to
  • Services offered — List your main services with brief descriptions
  • Pricing — Include ranges or exact prices if applicable
  • Location & hours — Where you operate and when you're available
  • Website — Your main URL for reference
  • FAQs

    Add the questions your customers ask most often. For each FAQ:

  • Write the question as a customer would ask it
  • Write the answer in your natural tone
  • Add variations of the same question (helps the AI recognize intent)
  • Brand Voice

    Tell your agent how to communicate:

  • Tone — Professional, casual, friendly, formal
  • Language — What language(s) to respond in
  • Greeting style — How to open conversations
  • Sign-off — How to close conversations
  • Things to avoid — Topics or phrases to steer clear of
  • Booking Rules

    If your agent books appointments:

  • Connect your calendar (Google Calendar, Calendly)
  • Set available time slots
  • Define minimum notice period
  • Set buffer time between appointments
  • Add any booking confirmation messages
  • Testing

    After training, use the Test Chat feature to simulate conversations. Ask your agent common questions and refine the answers until you're satisfied.
