Your Omni agent needs to understand your business before it can represent you. Training is simple and takes about 10 minutes.
Business Information
Start by telling your agent the basics:
Business name — How you want to be referred toServices offered — List your main services with brief descriptionsPricing — Include ranges or exact prices if applicableLocation & hours — Where you operate and when you're availableWebsite — Your main URL for referenceFAQs
Add the questions your customers ask most often. For each FAQ:
Write the question as a customer would ask itWrite the answer in your natural toneAdd variations of the same question (helps the AI recognize intent)Brand Voice
Tell your agent how to communicate:
Tone — Professional, casual, friendly, formalLanguage — What language(s) to respond inGreeting style — How to open conversationsSign-off — How to close conversationsThings to avoid — Topics or phrases to steer clear ofBooking Rules
If your agent books appointments:
Connect your calendar (Google Calendar, Calendly)Set available time slotsDefine minimum notice periodSet buffer time between appointmentsAdd any booking confirmation messagesTesting
After training, use the Test Chat feature to simulate conversations. Ask your agent common questions and refine the answers until you're satisfied.
