Dashboard Overview
The Omni dashboard is your command center. Here's a quick tour of what you'll find.
Main Navigation
The left sidebar gives you access to:
Conversations — All active and past conversations across your agentsAgents — Configure and manage your AI agentsAnalytics — Performance metrics, response times, and conversion dataContacts — Your customer database with conversation historySettings — Account, billing, integrations, and team managementConversations View
The conversations panel shows a real-time feed of all customer interactions. You can:
Filter by agent (OmniChat, OmniCalls, OmniReach)Filter by status (active, resolved, needs attention)Search by customer name or message contentClick any conversation to view the full threadAnalytics Dashboard
Track how your agents are performing:
Response rate — percentage of messages answeredAverage response time — how fast your agents replyConversations this week — volume trendsBookings made — appointments booked by your agentsLead score distribution — how your leads are being qualifiedQuick Actions
The top-right corner has quick actions for common tasks: creating a new chat flow, adding a contact, or inviting a team member.
