Dashboard Overview

The Omni dashboard is your command center. Here's a quick tour of what you'll find.

Main Navigation

The left sidebar gives you access to:

  • Conversations — All active and past conversations across your agents
  • Agents — Configure and manage your AI agents
  • Analytics — Performance metrics, response times, and conversion data
  • Contacts — Your customer database with conversation history
  • Settings — Account, billing, integrations, and team management
  • Conversations View

    The conversations panel shows a real-time feed of all customer interactions. You can:

  • Filter by agent (OmniChat, OmniCalls, OmniReach)
  • Filter by status (active, resolved, needs attention)
  • Search by customer name or message content
  • Click any conversation to view the full thread
  • Analytics Dashboard

    Track how your agents are performing:

  • Response rate — percentage of messages answered
  • Average response time — how fast your agents reply
  • Conversations this week — volume trends
  • Bookings made — appointments booked by your agents
  • Lead score distribution — how your leads are being qualified
  • Quick Actions

    The top-right corner has quick actions for common tasks: creating a new chat flow, adding a contact, or inviting a team member.
