Switching Plans
You can change your plan at any time from the billing dashboard.
Upgrading
When you upgrade (e.g., from 1 Agent to 2 Agents):
The change takes effect immediatelyYou're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycleYour new agent is available to configure right awayDowngrading
When you downgrade (e.g., from 3 Agents to 2 Agents):
The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycleYou keep access to all agents until thenYou'll need to choose which agents to keep before the switchSwapping Agents
If you want to swap which agents you're using (e.g., replace OmniCalls with OmniReach):
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage PlanClick Change AgentsSelect your new agent configurationConfirm — the swap is instantSwitching Between Monthly and Annual
Monthly → Annual: Takes effect immediately, prorated credit appliedAnnual → Monthly: Takes effect at the end of your annual termStill need help?
