Upgrade, downgrade, or change which agents are on your plan.

Switching Plans

You can change your plan at any time from the billing dashboard.

Upgrading

When you upgrade (e.g., from 1 Agent to 2 Agents):

  • The change takes effect immediately
  • You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle
  • Your new agent is available to configure right away
  • Downgrading

    When you downgrade (e.g., from 3 Agents to 2 Agents):

  • The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You keep access to all agents until then
  • You'll need to choose which agents to keep before the switch
  • Swapping Agents

    If you want to swap which agents you're using (e.g., replace OmniCalls with OmniReach):

  • Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Plan
  • Click Change Agents
  • Select your new agent configuration
  • Confirm — the swap is instant
  • Switching Between Monthly and Annual

  • Monthly → Annual: Takes effect immediately, prorated credit applied
  • Annual → Monthly: Takes effect at the end of your annual term
