Manage all billing details from Settings → Billing.
Payment Methods
We accept:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)Payments are processed securely through StripeTo update your payment method:
Go to Settings → Billing → Payment MethodClick UpdateEnter your new card detailsSave — your next charge will use the new methodViewing Invoices
All invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Invoices. Each invoice shows:
Invoice date and numberPlan and billing periodAmount chargedPayment statusDownload link (PDF)Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
We'll retry automatically after 3 daysYou'll receive an email notificationYour account remains active during the retry periodIf payment fails after 3 attempts, your account is paused (not deleted)Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage PlanClick Cancel SubscriptionYour access continues through the end of the current billing periodYour data is retained for 90 days after cancellationStill need help?
