View invoices, update payment methods, and manage billing details.

Invoices & Payments

Manage all billing details from Settings → Billing.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • To update your payment method:

  • Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method
  • Click Update
  • Enter your new card details
  • Save — your next charge will use the new method
  • Viewing Invoices

    All invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Invoices. Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice date and number
  • Plan and billing period
  • Amount charged
  • Payment status
  • Download link (PDF)
  • Failed Payments

    If a payment fails:

  • We'll retry automatically after 3 days
  • You'll receive an email notification
  • Your account remains active during the retry period
  • If payment fails after 3 attempts, your account is paused (not deleted)
  • Cancellation

    To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Plan
  • Click Cancel Subscription
  • Your access continues through the end of the current billing period
  • Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
